🌟 NIBA Junior Nationals Teams Bloemfontein 2026 🌟
The Natal Inland Bowling Association is proud to introduce the teams that will be travelling to Bloemfontein this weekend to compete in the Bowls South Africa Junior Nationals from 29 March – 1 April 2026.
🔵 Under 25 Team:
Skip: Caleb Janse van Rensburg; 3-times BSA Junior ID silver medalist (U20 - 2022, U30 - 2024, U35 - 2025).
3rd: Fanie Bester BSA Junior ID silver medalist (U20 - 2022).
2nd: Danielle Van Staden
Lead: Kholwani Khanyile – 3-times BSA Junior ID silver medalist (U20 - 2022, U30 - 2024, U35 - 2025) and 2023 BSA Junior Masters Champion.
The team will be managed by our District President, Tara Van Rensburg, who has high hopes for this talented side as they take on the country’s best.
🟡 Under 15 Team
A special milestone for NIBA as we send our very first U15 team to Junior Nationals!
Skip: Jordan Taylor
3rd: Roarke Heyns
2nd: Markus Geldenhuys
Lead: Isla Dunlop
The team will be managed by Mark Taylor and Karen Vahey, who will guide and support these young bowlers on this exciting journey.
We wish both teams great bowling, strong camaraderie, and the opportunity to build lasting friendships. Enjoy the experience, embrace the challenge, and make NIBA proud! 💙💛

Natal Inland League – Final Round Awaits
The penultimate round of the Natal Inland League was played this morning, setting the stage for an exciting finish to the 2026 season.
All eyes now turn to Saturday afternoon, 18 April @1. 30pm, where Maritzburg West Bowling Club , together with our valued league sponsors, Harvard House Group , will host the final round.
With several league outcomes still hanging in the balance, it promises to be a thrilling and competitive afternoon of bowls.
We look forward to an awesome day on the greens, shared with great company and our fantastic sponsors.
